ITC FOR Restuarant
sir I purchase some home appliances for hotel can I take input GST for filling the RETURNS

Depends on the GST paid on food. If it is 5%, then ITC is not available..
For Hotel Rooms (Accommodatiion ) , yes the ITC is available , but for Restaurant No ITC can be avail (Execept the restaurant in hotel in which declared tariff of any unit of
accommodation is seven thousand five hundred rupees )
