I am currently renting a commercial property for which i charge my customer at 18% GST.
Recently i have to do some improvements for the rented site (additional reuirements of false ceiling, furnitures, airconditioning etc from my tenant)
Csn i take the purchased items GST as ITC against the 18% GST on the rental
