ITC for Real Estate
we have Real Estate Projects whether ITC on Goods purchased like Steel, Cement etc would be available under GST or not?

sir,i m making a building for provide renting services.if i purchase and install a.c.,lift,furniture. so could i liable to take gst input on the same.

Depends upon the conditions whether it can be treated as capital assets or not..........
Otherwise.......... no itc on consumed items.....
