ITC for October 2019
If the ITC taken according to the amendment Rule 42/2019 will have to pay more GST,can the entire ITC claim the October month invoices.

Mr.Rajaji sir please clarify the following doubt.ITC as per invoices for the month of October 2919 (As per Purchase in Books of Accounts ) ₹.120670/- each in CGST &SGST respectively. But ITC reflected in GSTR 2A ₹ 86400/- each in CGST & SGST.In this case can I take ITC ₹ 120670/- each in CGST & SGST as per amendment Rule 123/42/2019 Yearly basis.

As per my view (only my view) You can claim itc based on Your books which is inward supplies. Also follow with your suppliers for filing their GSTRs... Consider the rule with Quarterly...
