ITC for canteen maintenance/painting work

We have not availed ITC for canteen maintenance charges, painting work, canteen labour charges.

As per section 17(5) of CHEST act (blocked credit).

But we have not availed ITC for canteen maintenance charges, painting work, canteen labour charges.

Is its eligible ITC. Please guide.

ITC over repairs & maintenance can be claimed. Not over building structure.

Generally ITC eligible for repairs & maintenance, my requirement is canteen building related services, repair & maintenance ITC eligible or not (canteen building within factory premises).
