Itc for bank charges

We have a CC Loan Account and Bank Chargees us Interest and different Charges with GST.

Should I get ITC for the GST paid on bank Charges and Interest.

Yes, you can claim ITC on Bank charges

Gst on cc account is eligible for input tax credit.

Yes, You can claim ITC on Bank charges only if your GST no is updated in your account with such Bank

Yes, ITC can be claimed if the bank gives gst bill.
