GSTN reg organization earn only rental incomes only.That organization Eligible or ITC or Not Eligible.Plz reply anyone?

If the business is renting of immovable property then the itc is eligible

Gud mor sir,Ok.Thank you Sir.Rental for stall purpose,Banner,Notice borad etc..Including residents welfare  association or Excluding sir?

If property is used for residential purpose that ITC not available, if used for Commercial purpose than available

STUDY THE CONDITIONS OF ITC
1. VALID TAX INVOICEk
2. USED IN THE COURSE OF BUSINESS
3. REGISTERED DEALER
RENTAL IS EXCLUDED FROM THE PURVIEW of GST.
