ITC ELIGIBLE for the month of Sept 2017 return
In the form 3b which amount should I claim as an ITC? i.e. amount is which charged by service provider as Register person and another amount is for RCM amount.

You can claim both of as ITC...
One is same month and another is next month
First payment of RCM then claim it next month. Is that right?
