sir, our company has paid to a tour service provider for foreign travelling including payment for arrangement for gala dinner, local tour guide and tour package arrangement rate of gst @ 5%. Is the expense itc eligible ? please guide

please read 17(5) of Cgst act which block such ITC
But sir in my case service is used for business meeting in thailand And service is provided in that respect
