If car hiring service provider charge 12% gst, can i take Credit of that tax amount. please clarify

yes .If GST charged by the service provider is 5% then the recepient can avail ITC otherwise the GST to be paid under RCM @ 5% and after paying the same can taken to electronic credit ledger and claim credit
