We have started the construction of resort for supply of services.
before construction of building we have completed the work of borewell for water supply for which we have purchased water pump, cable and others.
so can we take the ITC on the same?

If you are work contractor and registred in gst yes u can claim itc
no we are not work contractor we have started a new business of garden & resort
U are registred in gst?
yes we are registered im GST
