Assessee had purchased goods on 31st March... he was entered in books of accounts on the same date...and he filled gstr for March by considering above ...
But that invoice date was on 1st April...
he filled April and May Return also....
what is the remedy of above for date difference...

He is Liable to pay Interest @ 24 % on Wrogly ITC Taken
