ITC Credit from the parties not recd
most of the parties not uploaded GSTR 1, hence we have not rec'd the credit. What is the solution?

Ask those parties to file GSTR1 with late fees or else no solution
You wont get credit until they dont file
Ask & your supplier to upload , else cant be able to claim credit
but we have taken the credit on the basis of invoices

Yes Pankaj ji is correct. If invoices is not reflected in GSTR2A then the taxpayer cant take ITC and the ITC should be reversed.
