if a assessee purchase a Electric item with pay tax now he can used a item on machine to fit electrical part or may be tubes. moreover, he used it only for own factory which he also produce a coal regarding with own material but the item was purchased not sale purpose but the producing item coal or carbon powder to sale .. electrical item itc claim
