i receive jcb rent income so i can use for ITC credit in GSTR3B ?

You received JCB rent, it's considered as your outward supply, if you are registered under GST than you have to show your rent as outward Supplies in GSTR 3B.
ITC is available for any expenses/purchase done by you and for which GST tax invoice is available with you.
