i am purchase a bike on my firm name and gstin number so please tell me can i claim itc on bike and my firm is partnership firm

I purchased lift for renting the shop and I am showing rental income in GST monthly return.. wether I can claim ITC on lift.

The said building is Your own or rented premises...?!
Is it booked under capital nature or expenditure...?!
