I am govt contractor and I am working on building project but due to sudden rain cement get damaged and I have to bring new stock of cement . I do have gst invoice of cement which got damaged on site.
am i able to claim ITC on it .??

lost damage stolen no itc you have to reverse itc if claimed . if not claimed then dont claim
