If my supplier is hawala dealer . Can gst department recover from me his itc amount since his registration got cancelled due to hawala activities??

Yes, they can as he has not paid tax to govt
But the invoice of hawala party is showing in my 2A . Still I have to pay?
Still they can ask only if he has not filed GSTR-3B
IF you have received Goods or Services or both from the said dealer, then it is not required to pay. Else, has to pay GST.
