ITC CLAIM OR NOT
if supplier charges Gst on bill but not mentioned our gst number on bill so can we claim gst credit on bill which charges by supplier

no you cannot, even the purchasers GSTIN should be there
As your supplier to revised his return by changing that B2C to B2B in his current return ,.. then you can avail ITC on same
