Yes you can claim. It is same as salary and wages.
But the bonus viven to employee & as per Schedule III its not a supply ????

As per Para 1 of SCHEDULE III of the CGST Act 2017, Services given by an EMPLOYEE to his EMPLOYER is neither Supply of Goods or Supply of Services. That is why there is no GST on Salary.
