dear sir,

we have Input in GSTR2B related to bank changes
but no documents available for input

only GSTR 2B report is evident & our bank showing entrir amount as bankcharges

we calim ITC based on 2B report or any further documents required
note : present bank not given any invoice or document

No documents required to claim ITC on bank charges
as a Bank statement is itself enough to keep as a document to claim ITC.

@ Mr Maruthi,

Based on GSTR 2b You can claim ITC of bank charges...
Banker's charged GST on charges itself. So, match whole months bank charges with banker's filed invoice...

Note:
If You are registered your mail in bank then send invoice through mail. So, ask Your banker...

Invoice is mandatory for claiming ITC.

If GST number updated in the bank account then bank account you may get the tax invoice from banks .

Since it is appearing in 2B , You may claim ITC

Kindly ask bank to provide payment advice for bank charges to claim itc, or bank will issue monthly consolidated Statement
