as per my knowledge Gst ITC for f.y. 20-21 Can claim up to filing of September month return in Oct 2021 so is it correct and where we can add ITC for last year we should file in itc column as regular we claim or any special column available in gstr 3b for claiming last year itc

No special column available in Gstr-3b for the claim the ITC for last year fy 2019-20(i think you told fy 2019-20)
Yes, right. You may add the missing ITC for fy 20-21 in sep return. No specific field for this. You may add the itc in the respective fields as usual.
No extension for availing ITC of FY 19-20.So one shall file all the details in gstr of sep-20.
There would b no spl column to claim itc of prev year. It would b disclosed un usual manner

Yes praveen due date for sep return filing is 20 oct/22oct
