I have filled my GSTR 1 and GSTR 3B on for Nov - 21, Dec - 21 and Jan - 22 timely but on each month due date but my supplier filled GSTR 1 for Nov 21, Dec 21 and Jan 22 on 02/03/2022.
As i have already filled gstr 3b for Nov - 21, Dec - 21 and Jan - 22 without ITC so how can i claim ITC for respective months in current month filling?
Please help urgently.

You did the right thing by not claiming the ITC for invoices which were not uploaded by your suppliers .
Now that they have uploaded 3 month's of invoices together ,the same you should be able to see in your GSTR2A and if they have filed their GSTR1 on or before due date (11th of consecutive month ) then these invoices will also be present in your GSTR2B .
You can claim 100% of ITC available in your GSTR2B ,whether it is from current month or any missing ITC from any previous month .
