I filed nil GST return for previous quarterQ3-2021-22. there was ITC which i couldnt claim.

Yes, you can claim the ITC in Q4 GSTR 3B.
For reference purpose it's better that you also prepare a reconciliation to address any queries raised by the dept. in future.
