I have in December month 3lakh itc but my August September month return pending filling so can I paid Dec itc thoug August month return

Liability payable every months transactions and it's set off procedures...



(As per Your query "No. No way for set off previous month's payable amount to current month's ITC". Pay and file Previous returns)
