ITC Claim
once of our client not filed gst returns from July 2017, but now they would like to file the returns from July 2017 to till Aug 2018 along with late fee.. my question is can they claim input tax credit on purchases made during Oct 2017 to Dec 2017...??

yes all itc can be claimed via filing gst returns but along with late fee & penalty as applicable
