Nahi , ish case main nahi mil Sakta .
Aur Aap ka ITC jo credit ledger main stand karega woh kabhi bhi laps nahi karta Sakta Lekin aap refund apply nahi kar sakte

sirf inverted tax structure main aap refund apply kar sakte ho , MATLAB ki agar aap ka purchase GST rate jyada hai aur sale GST rate Kam hai
