Can I claim ITC on the invoice where in the supplier has put the name of the properietor instead of Firm's name, but has mentioned the GSTIN on the invoice.

I think its fine. when he will upload his entries your company name will be populated automatically.
But try to keep everything proper.

PROPRIETOR AND FIRM ARE NOT SEPRATE.. SOO NO ISSUES IN ITC
