ITC can be claimed or not

Yes you take ITC if tempo is in company name and van must registered commercial vehicle
you can't take ITC if you doing hotel business

As per conversation with cbec customer care ITC cannot be claimed becoz it is used personal i.e., for company purpose. Hence ITC cannot be claim.

If am using tempo for hiring purpose to another then it will be claim as a ITC.

For personal use of any car,van, tempo or any motor vehicles if they in company name you can't take ITC purchase of the vehicle or maintenance of the vehicle .
