whether ITC can be claimed on two wheelers vehicle if that vehicle is used for just office purpose?

Truck itc can be claimed in the FY and truck used in business purposes

No Sir it cannot be claimed since ITC on Motor Vehicles is specifically Blocked U/s 17(5) clause (a) of the CGST Act 2017.
