ITC balance and its refund : Apartment Owners Association
Our collection through AMC during the next 2 years would be less than Rs. 5000 per month per member. However our ITC would be Rs.9 lakhs per annum for each year. Whether the Government would be giving us refund of Rs.18 lakhs since no GST is payable by us.

no there is no such provision of previous input to be paid in cash it will be adjusted only.
