In GST we fall under Tour operator services and we are falling under 5% GST without ITC .
we want to know on professional fee what we pay can we avail ITC on this?? Please help us with your valuable suggestions.

Quick Summary
No you cannot take ITC, as you are paying 5% without ITC.
However if u have other service also like other than tour operator service then u can claim ITC.

As per Notification 1/2018 CT (R) , no you cannot claim ITC on professional fee paid.
Note : Can claim ITC on supplies from same line business

As my other friends suggested, one can opt to pay GST @ 5% only with condition that ITC will not be availed. so even if you pay GST on professional services you cannot avail ITC of the same. hope your query has been answered.
