ITC available or not

I run restaurant business and furniture business on same PAN.. so from Nov 15 for restaurant I cannot take ITC right.. that applies for furniture business too? I can take ITC for furniture business or not?

no you cannot take itc in furniture business

Your Query is not cleared.

But, Based on assumption of Your query...

You can available ITC for the Furniture Business if based Only Your Furniture Business..

You can't use Your ITC of Restuarent Business related ITC to Furniture Business...

for restaurant business I cannot claim ITC I know that.. for furniture business how can I not claim my ITC of furniture purchased... business is seperate but on single PAN..
