Pls explain whether ITC available on tours and travels agency invoice if GST charged by travel operater is 5% in invoice .

Yes you can claim ITC
Sir I avail service from a Tour operater for business promotion .
I offer scheme to my dealers a foreign trip on a turnover.
For that I took 50 people's and arrange a foreign trip for all of them .
I m not a tour operator and my business is not in the same line .
Can I still get ITC on that invoice .
If yes then any notification reference pls .
