whether itc of GST available in case of goods purchased for office use like air-conditioner purchased by cloth dealer for installation in office .

Yes if goods purchased for business purpose ITC can be claimed

Yes, you can avail ITC on your office expenses too under Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM)

GST has already been levied on goods but retail invoice issued by supplier.
