I am buying a phone from amazon.in for business purposes..in order to claim ITC do i have to give my gst regestration number to amazon or only need their gst number?

you have to give ur gst details also and it should be reflecred correctly in invoice issued by amazon in order to claim IGST
you need to provide your gst details then only you would be able to take ITC.
I tried contacting amazon support and customer service..they have no idea that they haave to take my gst number
First of all, If ITC ll be taken from Capital Goods under GST. Then can't be applied Depreciation....
Correct information is No ITC will be allowed if depreciation has been claimed on tax component of a capital good
