As per sec 9(3) have some scenario then only the service provider collect GST from recipient....
Also Advocates can't charge GST. Recipient ll be payable GST under RCM basis....

If services are covered under Reverse charge then service provider don't charge GST in invoice.
If services are covered under Reverse charge then service provider don't charge GST in invoice.
