Plz. tell me on up to which date we liable to claim the input of 2017-18

Time limit for availing credit for the FY 17-18 has expired. You can't claim now. As per GST ITC can be claimed earlier of following two.
1. Due date of filing return for the month of September in the year following the financial year to which such credit relates
2. Actual date of filing of annual return.
