itc-04 details to be shown
my query is that, in itc-04 only goods sent for job work to be shown or if machinery sent for repairs to be shown or not?

ITC-04 is meant for Delivery challan details. So DC issued under rule 55 are required to be reported. So you have to include details of machinery sent for repair as well.
