I am not able to file ITC-04 before 31st Dec-17.Can i submit now ? Please guide also penalty for late submition.

I ALSO FAIL TO FILE ITC -04 TILL NOW , EARLIER I DID NOT HEARD ABOUT THE RETURN NOR GST OFFICE INFORMED ME ABOUT THIS. I WANT TO KNOW THE PENALTY CHARGES , IS THERE ANY FURTHER EXTENTION AFTER 31 DEC , 2017
