what is the last date to file itc 03 to opt for composition from f.y 2019-20 onwards. as rule 3 provides it is 60 days from the beginninh of f.y which comes to 30th may, 2019 but in rule 3a it is specified 180 days. please help.
This form has to be filed within 60 days from the commencement of the financial year. If CMP 02 has been filed before March 31 2018, then ITC 03 has to be filed within 180 days of commencement of the scheme so 180 days are for those who filed CMP 02 before 31.03.2018.
