in case itc01 of voluntary registration is credit of stock held(in earlier law) before registration is available? or only stock held under gst only is allowable?

If you were registered under earlier law than only the credit of stock will be available by furnishing form Trans1 otherwise you will not be eligible for such credit.

Yes n that case you can take credit of inputs held in stock subject to you are in possession of invoices. Credit under 2 lakhs will be taken without CA certification. Otherwise you have to provide
