Hello Professionals
I want to file One ITR where Assessee has 2 Business one is Commission Agent and other is moter Garage. Since turnover is less than 1 CR for Motor garage business and Commission received is 12 lakh. So my question is Can he opt 44AD for Garage Business and Regular Books of maintaining as per section 44AA for Commission services in ITR for the AY 2023 -24
