IT Return filing in case of Newly incorporated LLP

The LLP was incorporated on January 2019. Is it compulsory to file Income Tax Returnd for AY 2019-20 or can it be filed in AY 2020-21.

Filling of ITR is mandatory for LLP (section 139 - Income tax act )

It is mandatory to file return from the year in which it has incorporated

Yes, it is compulsory to file Income Tax Returnd for AY 2019-20 by LLP inspite of the fact that LLP was incorporated on January 2019.

Every year you have to file return.
