you should file itr4 and you also require to provide financials depends on their professional receipts
If your professional receipts exceeds 25 lacs get the books audited i.etax audit under 44AB & yes of course necessary books under 44AA is to be maintained say ledgers , carbon copy of bills,journals etc.,
