I HAD FILLED IT RETURN IN A.Y 2009-10 FOR BANK LOAN (NIL RETURN )
AND SIMILARLY IN A.Y 2010-11,
BUT IN LAST 3 A.Ys I HAVE FAILED TO FILE MY RETURN AS MY INCOME DOESNT CROSS THE THRESHHOLD LIMIT (<200000),
i want to FILE THE RETURN IN A.Y 2013-14 , CAN I FILE IT ?
If you want to file Return on today onward, then you can File it for Financial Year 2011-12 & for FY 2012-13 only. You cant file the Return for FY 2010-11 legally
