Please go to the site of www.incometaxindia.gov.in on the Top you will see the downloads option, there you download the return form suitable for you.

Fill the return as per the details required by the return and after filling the return you have to upload the return by using the same site. there on the left side you will find the option of FILE RETURNS ONLINE there select the option of INCOME TAX RETURN you will be linked to new page.

You must need a PAN number to file the return online. on the right side you will find the login option, if you are not registered you have to register there and login to your account and you have to upload your return.\
