I have some refund of IT for AY 19-20 but I have got a message from IT Dept that "Refund issue has failed due to bank account not validated". What should I do now to get the refund?
You can pre-validate bank account on the eFiling Portal. Use profile button and then tap pre-validate button. After that you follow the process and validate your bank account. it takes roughly 30 minutes.
After that use refund Re-issue button and finish that process.
