You receive that income by cash or bank?

You have to file ITR 4 the form which is still not announced by IT for AY 2013-2014... You can refer my article on my blog on how to file IT returns youself..https://noor8008.blogspot.in/ Its a little bit tricky but Commerce Guys can get through it...

Through bank, income is received, Tax has been deducted at source, i know i have to file itr 4, But i dont want to prepare p&l & balancesheet, as itr 4 ask to put detail of balancesheet & P&l. as person is not running is own classes But he render its professional service.
