In AY 2017-18, I filled rectification request because one tds entry was not shown in 26AS while filling IT return, and after few days that entry reflect in 26 AS. so I apply for rectification request. now IT AO says that I Will have to pay the left entry amount?
so now hi to get my left entry tds refund.

You have to revise the return with considering the income which may not have been offered for assessment in original return!!!
